These terms govern your use of the Legacy Lopez General Contractor LLC website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This Website Is Not a Contract
Nothing on this website creates a construction contract or a binding offer. Descriptions of services, processes and timelines are general information about how we work, not commitments on a specific project.
Any actual project between us is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this site differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. An estimate is valid for the scope described in it, based on conditions observable at the time of the walkthrough.
Construction routinely uncovers conditions that were not visible during an estimate, particularly in older homes where original plumbing, wiring and framing sit behind finished surfaces. When that happens, the change is documented and priced in writing before the work proceeds. Material prices and supplier lead times also change, and an estimate does not lock a supplier’s pricing indefinitely.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, including descriptions of permitting, local requirements and construction practice. Regulations change, and the requirements that apply to your specific property depend on its jurisdiction, its subdivision restrictions and its condition.
Nothing on this site is legal, engineering or design advice. Do not rely on general information here in place of a permit determination, an engineer’s evaluation or an attorney’s opinion for your particular situation.
